TRAVEL FEES (in addition to state mandated notary fees)

• 0-5 miles = $20
• 6-10 miles = $30
• 11-15 miles = $40
• 16-20 miles = $50

URGENT SERVICE REQUESTS

*Note – Sundays, holidays, and urgent requests for services within the hour will incur an extra $25 convenience fee in addition to the standard state fee + travel fee. Appointments are strongly encouraged
